Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
